Welcome to iDroid Repair!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of iDroid Repair's Website, located at idrservice.com.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use idrservice.com if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Services

1.1. iDroid Repair offers phone repair services including, but not limited to, screen replacement, battery replacement, and water damage repair.

1.2. All services provided by iDroid Repair are subject to availability and our assessment of the phone's condition.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment for services must be made in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.2. We accept various forms of payment, including Cash, Credit/Debit Cards (Excluding American Express), Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App

3. Warranty

3.1. iDroid Repair offers a 90 day warranty on all  basic repairs, and 60 Day warranty on all board level repairs, unless mentioned before process starts.   Due to sporadic and unpredictable behavior, we do not provide warranty for liquid damage repairs.  No guarantee on liquid damage repaired devices.  The warranty covers only the specific repair performed and does not cover any other issues that may arise or not mentioned.

3.2. The warranty is void if the device is found to have additional damage or has been tampered with by another party after the repair.

4. Liability

4.1. iDroid Repair is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. Customers are advised to back up their data before bringing in their device for repair.

4.2. iDroid Repair is not liable for any damage that may occur to the device if it is found to have pre-existing conditions that could affect the repair.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the repair process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

6. Changes to Terms

6.1. iDroid Repair reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of iDroid Repair, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
